1. Our Sale and Sharing Practices
NEWay Productions does not sell your personal information in exchange for money. Like many websites, we may use analytics and advertising technologies, such as cookies and pixels, that could be considered a "sale" or a "share" of personal information for "cross-context behavioral advertising" under the CCPA, even when no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out of this activity, and this page explains how.
2. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information using any of the following methods:
- Email request: send a request to Contact@newayproductions.com with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out for that browser or device.
- Browser and cookie settings: you can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, which reduces the technologies that may result in sharing.
Because opt-outs tied to cookies or GPC are specific to the browser and device you use, you will need to opt out on each browser and device, and again if you clear your cookies.
3. Categories of Personal Information
The categories of personal information we collect, and the purposes for which we use and disclose it, are described in the California Privacy Rights section of our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us or to confirm that you provided the agent permission.
5. Verification
For opt-out requests, we generally do not need to verify your identity. For other requests, such as requests to know or delete, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, including by denying you services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of service.
7. Other States
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information.
