You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
2. Trademarks
"NEWay," "NEWay Productions," our logo, and the titles and logos of our projects are trademarks or service marks of NEWay Productions. Other names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any mark without the prior written permission of its owner.
3. Permitted Use
Members of the press may use materials we expressly designate as press or promotional assets, provided they are used accurately, in context, and with attribution to NEWay Productions. 4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 5) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) to allow us to locate it;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material and its location before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the district in which we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or its agent.
7. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable access for and terminate users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
